The Jolly Boat is a comfortable, well presented, self contained, one bedroom flat within a Victorian property (Seapoint) in the historic and enchanting Cornish fishing village of Port Isaac.
The accommodation at The Jolly Boat is available for rental throughout the year. This stylish holiday apartment is ideal for sea views, cliff top walks, beautiful surfing beaches and the relaxing atmosphere of the Cornish coast.
Seapoint itself is located on the cliffs at the top of Port Isaac, looking down to Port Gaverne. The views out to sea and along the coastline are magnificent. There is an allocated parking space at the front of the property, which is a real bonus in Port Isaac.
The Jolly Boat sleeps 2 people. It has a double bedroom, with twin beds, a large wardrobe and dressing table. The newly fitted kitchen has plenty of cupboard space, a dishwasher, washing machine, oven, hob and microwave as well as all the equipment you’ll need. There is a Power Shower over the bath.
The airy, spacious lounge has a sofa, armchair, dining table, flat screen TV, DVD player and an assortment of DVDs, books and games for you to enjoy during your stay. There is broadband connection too!
The area at the front of Seapoint and the garden at the rear are both communal. The furniture in the entrance hall can be taken outside for eating or just relaxing with the views.
Port Isaac and Port Gaverne are the ideal places to discover the charm of the unspoilt Cornish coast and explore North Cornwall. There is an abundance of things to do, from boating to bathing, walking to windsurfing, golf to gardens. There are a multitude of places to eat out, all within easy walking distance of The Jolly Boat, and Padstow, Camelford, Bodmin and Tintagel are just a stone’s throw away.
